The basic philosophy of the Warner Public School is that education must provide the opportunity and incentive for each pupil to develop mentally, physically, morally, and socially to the fullest of their abilities and potential.

With this statement as a basis of our philosophy, we believe:

Education is a right and a privilege--parent and child alike should take part so that the end result is a benefit to everyone.  The school is part of the community and should offer its facilities and talents to the community in an effort to develop citizens who will be a credit to the community and society in general.

The relationship between Administration, Teacher, Parent, and student must be one of mutual respect, understanding and cooperation if the goals of our philosophy are to be achieved.

(These statements are taken from the Philosophy of Education, Warner School District which can be found in its entirety in the Warner Elementary Student Handbook.)
