Hector MacTavish arrived on Friday, September 7th, from Lenzie, Scotland!! Hector comes from Mrs. P.'s Primary 4 class, and will be spending the school year with the Fifth Graders here at Warner. Hector will join in activities at school and will also visit the home of each student.  Students will help Hector fill out his journal with photos and writings of his many adventures here in the United States.    Much to the amazement of the fifth graders, Hector arrived wearing a traditional Scottish kilt. As soon as he arrived and was welcomed to our class, Hector jumped right into class activities, and even was up to spending the weekend with a fifth grader as her family traveled to North Dakota for the weekend!!  Be sure to check out Hector's very own webpage to see what he has been up to!!  AND please, stop by the classroom to meet Hector and hear his contagious laugh!!
